"Since the beginning I've been working among the vines rows, convinced that the vineyard had to be grown with love and dedication to obtain good wines, establishing an intense bond of continuous exchange with the land"
... In 1977 I purchased a small plot of land in the heart of the "Bussia", which allowed me to produce my first Barolo: "Briccotto Bussia". A few years later I managed to obtain a fantastic vineyard in the "Ginestra" cru from which I started producing my Barolo "Ciabot Mentin" and shortly afterwards another vineyard in this splendid cru from where I obtain my Barolo "Pajana."
In 1995 I chose a plot of land in another cru called "Mosconi" and so the life of my Barolo "Percristina" began.
With much effort and goodwill, we have managed to build up a company that today consists of about 21 hectares for a total of 110,000 bottles per year.
Not satisfied, in the period between 2005 and 2006, I searched very hard for a new goal that would give me the right stimulus to challenge myself once again.
As a result my Barolo was born in Serralunga d'Alba,a town very close to Monforte d'Alba and in some ways very different. Consequently Aeroplanservaj came to life.
Domenico has left us a great gift, a philosophy that spans time, between the tradition of a land that offers great emotions and innovation, the desire to improve continually.
